The Parish Council is made up of nine elected volunteer Councillors, representing Cobham and Sole Street.   We cover a range of services and topics as representatives of our parishioners, residents and families in the village.  The info below links through information, please note that some links are other websites Cobham Parish Council does not own or maintain and are not a recommendation by the council of any goods or services.

Unfortunately we do not have any allotments, however nearby Meopham Allotment Association may help

Cycle Paths
We have no official cycle routes, but are a hotspot for cycle riders of all ages or abilites, we have lots of safe open spaces.  Find some routes here or alternatively go to the nearby Cyclopark

Danger signs, place names and bus stops signs all come under the CPC - any questions or concerns please contact the Parish Clerk

We have lots of wonderful places to walk and a dedicated working group to ensure these are maintained.  Please use the KCC Footpath Finder to plan a route or report any issues

Community
The community is at the heart of everthing we do, we represent the local parish residents to other official bodies and councils.  Join one of our meetings or write to the Parish Clerk to raise any community issues

Play AREAS
 We are involved with a number of play areas and sports groups across the village and have a dedicated working group.  A full list of what we own can be found here  - click the link for info and contacts for clubs below

Dog Fouling
There is a public space protection order for fouling covering the village (excluding farm land and Jeskyns).  This allows for prosecution and a fine should the need arise.  Bins are provided, however if you see someone not picking up after their dog you can report a problem here

Planning
We have a dedicated set of councillors to look at planning.  It is a complex and often emotional item.  You can view and comment on all planning via the GBC Planning Portal, you can also come along to a local meeting to where we review and discuss applications or contact the Parish Council Working Group

Litter & GRaffitI
Provision of litter-bins and support for any anti-litter campaigns.  Any direct issues please contact you local councillor

Open SPACES
Provision of recreation grounds, public walkways, open spaces, village greens and playing fields.  We work with a number of organisations across the village, see our amenities page for more information.

War Memorial
We are reposnible for the maintenance and upkeep of our local War Memorials.  These are situated in Cobham (jct of The Street and Halfpence Lane) and Ifield (just ouside St. Margarets Church)
