The road will be closed from Nurstead Lodge and Holly Cottage.
The alternative route is via A227 Wrotham Road, Green Lane, Camer Road, Sole Street, Round Street.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 08:00 and 17:00.
This is to enable Highway drainage cleansing to be carried out by Kent County Council.
