Thong Lane, Gravesend will be closed between Halfpence Lane and Vigilant Way.
The alternative route is Thong Lane, Rochester Road, Gravesend Road, Pear Tree Lane, The Ridgeway, Brewers Road, Halfpence Lane and vice versa.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works are undertaken by Highways England.
