Restricted Byway NU33 and Public Footpaths NU41 and NS194
(Prohibition Of Traffic) Temporary Order 2018
The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 sections 16A – 16C as inserted by the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1994 and amended by The Kent County Council (Filming On Highways) Act 2010
Restricted Byway NU33 and Public Footpaths NU41 and NS194 will be closed under the above Act.
The paths will be closed from 06.00am on 4th June 2018 until 10.00pm on 8th June 2018.
Restricted Byway NU33 will be closed from Restricted Byway NU31A to Church Road and Public Footpaths NU41 and NS194 from Church Road to Jeskyns Road and are shown marked by solid blue lines on the attached map. The Authority is satisfied that public access should be prohibited for the purposes of facilitating filming.
The alternative route for pedestrians will be via Henhurst Road and Public Footpath NS176 . The alternative route for all other traffic will be via the surrounding highway network Site notices and maps advising the public of the closure will be posted on site and the closure will be advertised in the local press.
