Crimes of note:
Watling Street - On the 12th October an unknown suspect gained access to a vehicle and stole the cargo.
Anti-social behaviour and updates on previous issues:
Jeskyns Park - There has been two reports of dogs off lead and out of control. This has lead to a number of horses and riders feeling alarmed and distressed. Video footage was taken of the incidents and is being dealt with by myself as the local PCSO and the Jeskyns Park ranger. I attended a meeting with the park ranger and discussed the issue to see what we can do going forward to prevent any further incidents. We have suggested more signs going up within the horse trails and also holding an event within an enclosed area to introduce the dogs and horses. This is going to be used as a chance for dog walkers and riders to hear what is wanted from each other when both visiting the site, as well as dogs and horses getting use to each other.
Lodge Lane - Stolen vehicle was located within Lodge Lane by PCSO Middleton and PCSO Meader. This was soon recovered recovered and taken in for vehicle examination.
Items of good work:
- Community Engagement
- Reassurance visits to victims of crime
- Attending CAD's
- On Saturday 23rd October a surgery was held at the Meadow Rooms car park and was attended by two members of the public and the neighbourhood watch co-ordinator.
- All Fly Tipping seen on patrol has been reported to GBC and waiting collection
- PCSO Middleton attended a meeting at the Darnley Arms on the 18th October with members of the Parish Council to discuss any problems and also give an update of work that I have been doing.
