A large hole has developed by the bend on Halfpence Lane as you enter the Village.
Due to the quick thinking of two Parish Councillors, accidents were averted as they reported the emergency and placed a cordon around it.
Kent Highways have been out to inspect the damaged road surface and will be getting the repairs undertaken as soon as possible. In the meantime please be aware.
