One of the questions we're most frequently asked is "where are our black sacks?!" We received an email from Gravesham Borough Council (GBC) last week to say that the black sack delivery started on Monday 13 April. It usually takes around 4 weeks to get round to everybody and they anticipate finishing by 8th May.
With regard to the clear sack delivery, this has also started and GBC will be delivering to specific addresses where the households do not have wheeled bins.
Finally, please note that sack delivery happens in January, April, July and October and they generally start on the second Monday of the month.
